Homebuilding execs start company to focus on Custom Homes and Affordable Housing

Loye Vaughan and LaRue Creson are well-known throughout the Triad residential construction industry, having served as chief operating officer and chief financial officer, respectively, for one of the largest privately owned homebuilding companies in the Piedmont for more than 10 years. However, in what many would describe as the most challenging economic environment since the Depression, Vaughan and Creson decided to leave their established careers to form a new company, Integrity Builders of the Triad, Inc. and the pair is exited to introduce new housing options to potential home buyers, while also focusing on Custom homes that they have a wealth of experience with.
We felt the time was excellent to start a new company, where we can personally oversee the financials and make our own business decisions without the high overhead and liabilities that many established homebuilders are facing. With the housing market saturated with new move-up homes with reduced sales prices and foreclosures, we saw a need for affordable housing in established neighborhoods where the homes will better maintain their value.

We have been active in all aspects of the building process. Each has served as a superintendent, customer service representative, designer, estimator and bookkeeper, in addition to directly supervising the construction of hundreds of homes.

We personally oversee the entire building process and are available to our customers day and night,by email and phone to answer any question they may have.

We will focus on offering affordable homes to our buyers and building Custom Homes for buyers,on one of our lots or their own property.
Offering competitive pricing, free design services and customizing plans to buyers specific needs,we look forward to serving our customers and and making their homeownership dreams a reality.
